• Cancellation by the client: Any cancellation must be notified at least 48 hours before the session to benefit from a postponement. After this deadline, the session will be considered due.

• Cancellation by VERT, ton chemin!: In the event of an unforeseen event, an alternative date will be proposed. If no rescheduling is possible, a full refund will be issued.
